Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources 
• Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) 
• Write SQL queries to extract and transform data 
• Build and optimize data models and datasets 
• Support ETL processes and data integration 
• Ensure data accuracy and report performance 
• Work with business teams to understand reporting needs 

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role 
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and optimization 
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (preferred), Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools 
• Experience with SQL Server, data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling 
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, AWS, or Snowflake is an advantage 
• Understanding of database design, data governance, and data quality best practices 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
