About Technovate.One
Technovate. One is an outcome-focused engineering partner for businesses modernizing their technology, building dependable digital platforms, and creating long-term value through cloud, data, and AI. We work as one integrated team with our clients, taking full ownership from early ideas and technical direction to building, launching, and continuously improving systems. We don’t deliver isolated components or short-term fixes; we deliver outcomes that solve real business problems.
We partner with founders, CXOs, and technology leaders who want clarity, accountability, and strong engineering ownership, not fragmented vendors or people-based delivery models.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Professional who is eager to learn and ready to contribute from day one. This is an execution-focused role where you will be actively involved in building and running marketing initiatives, with clear ownership over your work and its outcomes. Over time, this exposure across SEO, content, website management, and potentially social and email will give you a well-rounded foundation that most early-career roles do not provide.Â
If you are looking for a role where your work is visible, your growth is intentional, and you are trusted to deliver. This is the right place to start.Â
Key Responsibilities
-
- Execute SEO Strategies: Conduct keyword research to find high-volume, low-competition search terms.Â
- Optimize On-Page Elements: Update meta titles, descriptions, headers, and image alt text to boost search rankings.Â
- Produce Content: Write SEO-optimized blog posts, landing page copy, case studies, and email newsletters.Â
- Manage Website Updates: Upload, format, and edit web content directly within Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or Webflow.Â
- Audit Content Performance: Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and user behavior using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.Â
- Fix Technical Issues: Identify and report basic technical SEO errors like broken links, slow page speeds, and crawl issues.Â
- Build Backlinks: Assist with outreach campaigns to secure high-quality external links from reputable websites.Â
Required Qualifications
SEO & WebsiteÂ
You should have a working understanding of how SEO functions (on-page, off-page, and technical) and have applied it in some capacity, even if self-taught or through personal projects. Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is expected. On the website side, you should be comfortable navigating a CMS like WordPress or Webflow, making edits without needing developer support, and reading basic analytics to understand what the numbers are telling you.Â
ContentÂ
You can write clearly, concisely, and with purpose. You understand that good content is not just well-written but structured for the right audience and intent. Whether it is a blog post, a case study, or a short-form piece, you can take a brief and turn it into something worth reading. Knowing how content and SEO work together is a strong plus.Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Any exposure to social media management or email marketing toolsÂ
- Basic graphic design skills. Canva is more than enough.Â
- A genuine curiosity about digital marketing and how things work online.
What We OfferÂ
- Direct exposure to real marketing initiatives with clear ownership from day one.Â
- Visibility into strategy discussions so you understand why, not just the what.Â
- A fast-moving, collaborative environment where your work is seen and recognized.Â
- Mentorship from experienced growth and technology leaders.Â
- A wide-ranging foundation across SEO, content, and web that accelerates your early-career growth.Â
