Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Pre-Sales Specialist who can work closely with the sales team as a technical partner. This role involves translating complex technology solutions into clear, engaging narratives for clients across AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, and ERP (SAP, ERPNext, etc.).
The ideal candidate should be comfortable joining client discussions, understanding business requirements, shaping solution approaches, and supporting the sales process from discovery to closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the sales team’s technical partner by joining client calls, decoding requirements, and presenting Technovate’s capabilities in AI, Data Analytics, and ERP solutions.
  • Present case studies and solution decks in a structured and engaging manner.
  • Create customized presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop BRDs, wireframes, and structured solution outlines.
  • Collaborate with CTO, project managers, and technical teams to understand delivered projects and convert them into structured case studies.
  • Travel for client meetings or industry events when required.
  • Stay organized and adaptable to evolving client discussions and sales cycles.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT services industry, with exposure to AI, Data, Cloud, or ERP (SAP, ERPNext, etc.).
  • B.Tech or equivalent tech-oriented background.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, tools, and industry trends.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution mapping, and direct client interaction.
  • Experience handling both long and short sales cycles while keeping clients engaged.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Ability to set up an inbound marketing function from scratch and build sustainable inbound lead flow.
  • Capability to work as an individual contributor and leverage AI marketing tools to scale efforts before building a larger marketing function.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills for client-facing engagements.
  • Experience designing professional decks and visual documentation.
  • Ability to think creatively while maintaining structured documentation.
