About Technovate.One

Technovate. One is an outcome-focused engineering partner for businesses modernizing their technology, building dependable digital platforms, and creating long-term value through cloud, data, and AI. We work as one integrated team with our clients, taking full ownership from early ideas and technical direction to building, launching, and continuously improving systems. We don’t deliver isolated components or short-term fixes; we deliver outcomes that solve real business problems.
We partner with founders, CXOs, and technology leaders who want clarity, accountability, and strong engineering ownership, not fragmented vendors or people-based delivery models.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who goes beyond building dashboards and reports. This role requires someone who can question data, uncover meaningful insights, and confidently present a clear point of view to CXO-level stakeholders. You will work on high-impact analytics projects for US Healthcare and Retail clients, owning the entire analytics lifecycle from raw data to executive insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own end-to-end BI pipelines for US-based clients.
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and data models using DAX and Power Query.
  • Write advanced T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views in MS SQL Server.
  • Transform complex and messy healthcare or retail datasets into clean, structured, and executive-ready insights.
  • Present analytical findings directly to C-suite stakeholders and drive data-backed decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI professional.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS SQL Server, Power BI, and Excel (mandatory).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data beyond surface-level reporting.
  • Experience working with CXO or senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to interact with North American clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain experience in US Healthcare (claims, RCM, EMR/EHR, optometry) and/or Retail (POS, inventory, customer analytics).
  • Experience with Python, Azure, or StarRocks is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on high-impact international projects.
  • Exposure to CXO-level client interactions and strategic decision-making.
  • A culture that values ownership, analytical thinking, and continuous learning.
