Position Overview
We are looking for a BDM / Sr. BDE who will work closely with the Head of Sales to generate qualified leads and own the sales cycle across the US, UK, and EU markets for our AI, Data Analytics, and ERP solutions (SAP, ERPNext, etc.). This role requires someone who is proactive, comfortable experimenting with outreach strategies, and focused on driving measurable sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive international lead generation and management for our IT and AI offerings.
- Build and execute outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo, Smartlead, Dripify, Clay, etc.
- Manage leads through CRM and take ownership of sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate leads through bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Explore and open new high-growth markets across US, UK, and EU regions.
- Train and guide junior team members for lead generation activities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in International IT/B2B sales across US, UK, and EU markets.
- Hands-on experience with GTM technology and automation tools.
- Experience generating leads from bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- B.Tech + MBA or equivalent tech-oriented background.
- Strong interest in AI, data, and modern technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently with ownership and minimal supervision.
- Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in startup environments with flexible work structures.
- Exposure to AI, Data Analytics, ERP (SAP, ERPNext) sales cycles.
