Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Lead – an all-rounder growth marketer who can build the brand, drive demand, and power the pipeline. This role requires a one-person marketing powerhouse who can act as a creative strategist, digital executor, and growth hacker. You will set up the marketing engine from scratch, drive inbound leads using modern and AI-driven approaches, and gradually build a high-performing in-house marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and build the entire marketing function from the ground up, including brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing agencies and sales, ensuring alignment between campaigns, revenue goals, and overall business vision.
  • Set up and scale an inbound marketing engine to drive consistent, high-ticket, qualified leads.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), and website optimization for maximum ROI.
  • Build and showcase client testimonials and case studies that act as strong lead magnets.
  • Create high-impact company brochures and PDFs that communicate value effectively.
  • Plan and execute webinars, podcasts, whitepapers, PR activities, awards, blogs, and social media content to strengthen global presence.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage participation in international events (US, UK, EU, and other regions).
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, automation, targeting, and analytics.
  • Gradually build and lead an in-house marketing team as the function scales.
  • Track and analyze key marketing KPIs such as CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and Tech teams to convert marketing efforts into measurable business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or IT services marketing with exposure to international markets (US, UK, EU).
  • Proven ability to build inbound marketing and demand generation systems from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics,
  • LinkedIn Ads, Smartlead, Clay, or similar AI-driven platforms.
  • Experience managing agencies, SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing, and brand campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, storytelling, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and execution skills.
  • Self-driven individual contributor comfortable working in a startup-style, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for events, collaborations, and brand representation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
  • Strong design sense and ability to create visually compelling marketing materials.
